It consists of an integrated array of individually designed training activities, assistance, and supervision. It is focused on the participant to improve his/her ability to reside as independently as possible in the community.
- The Direct Care Staff assists the participant in acquiring, improving, and retaining self-help skills, general household management, meal preparation, personal finance management, socialization, and other adaptive areas.
- When the participant is dependent on others to ensure health and safety, our staff assist in activities of daily living.
- Allow the participant to participate in home life or community activities.
Services are available at a licensed Therapeutic or AFL facility.
The Direct Care Staff of Caring Hands residential support program will provide individually designed training activities, assistance, and supervision. In addition, caring Hands employees will complete service notes regularly, providing documentation of the proper implementation of the appropriate strategies and interventions.
